MedStream's Team:
MedStream TeleCommunications, Inc. was founded in Santa Rosa, California in 1995 by a cardiologist, emergency room physician, and obstetrician-gynecologist who understood telemedicine’s tremendous potential to improve the accessibility, quality, and affordability of specialty healthcare.

With over 60 years of experience in clinical practice and 30 years of experience in healthcare administration, the founders also knew - firsthand - the value of prevention, early intervention, and the need to look at new ways of delivering more comprehensive disease management and specialty healthcare resources.

MedStream's founders recruited MedStream staff with experience in fields such as engineering, biotechnology, computer software engineering, healthcare, and education. In addition, MedStream recruited a team of key advisors and partnered with leaders in the telecommunications, telemedicine, and healthcare industries.

MedStream is dedicated to collaborative relationships, open communication, teamwork, and continuing education for all employees. We believe that telemedicine is first and foremost the practice of medicine.
